We monitor the critical performance indicators from your Service Level Agreement that you have concluded with your leasing company.

ESCALATION DESK

For your employees, the leasing company is the first point of contact for questions. However, there are situations when specific attention is needed. For that purpose, Fleet Support has set up an escalation desk where your employees can go with questions that are not or insufficiently answered by the leasing company.

MANAGEMENT REPORTS

At the end of each quarter, you will receive a management report from us that indicates measuring points per cost influencer (supplier, employee, and employer). Actions to keep costs as low as possible are formulated based on these measuring points.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

The deduction of car costs from the salary of your employees is meticulous work. The leasing companies you have concluded contracts with, the car scheme(s), and the tax rules require a careful and reliable working method. We check, correct, and register all car-related deductions. Your salary administration then receives a comprehensive file that can be immediately processed. Moreover, we notify your employees of incidental deductions from their salary (e.g. fines) via an e-mail service.

POOL MANAGEMENT

Fleet Support checks whether the supply of lease cars that are or have become available in a quarter matches the demand for new cars in the same period and the realised redeployment. This prevents vehicle downtime and keeps costs as low as possible.
